Caitlin Galer-Unti (Mariana / 俞月蘭) is originally from Urbana, Illinois. After taking a gap year to travel, she started at Grinnell College in 2006, majoring in Political Science and Chinese. After studying abroad for a year at the London School of Economics, she transferred to LSE to finish her undergraduate degree. She graduated from LSE in 2010 with a BSc in Government, and spent a few months travelling around the world. In her round the world trip she visited China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, the US, Costa Rica, Panama, Chile, Argentina, and Spain. Caitlin lives in London, works in social media, and loves travel and baking vegan cakes.
Fluent in three of the most widely spoken languages in the world (English, Spanish, and Chinese), Caitlin loves travel and learning about new cultures. She’s been a vegetarian her entire life and a vegan for over two years, and loves making vegan cupcakes and a variety of spicy dishes from around the world. She has been to between 21 and 25 countries (depending on how you define “country”).
